My name is Jeff Weathers and I am a Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and the Principal Consultant and Trainer at qualitybookx. We are an AltAccountant Firm specializing in QBO Cleanups and Training. We are based in Shelby, NC but work with clients throughout the US. Below is some of the services we offer:

ADVISORY

With 17years of QuickBooks knowledge under my belt, I think I have some tips to help you. The decison between using the desktop product Pro or going with an online solution QBO is the first step and an important one. I will be glad to consult with you on making that decision at no cost to you - call me.

CLEANUP

We begin with a paid Diagnostic Review so we can analyze the books to determine how we can best help. The we can develop a game plan that will meet your needs. We will then present that report to you with a detailed summary of our findings and will present a up-front action plan to transform your books into financials that you understand and can use to drive your business.

TRAINING

If training is the way you want to go - I can save you literally dozens, if not hundreds, of hours on the learning curve. I offer remote training, 1 on 1 training at my office, and also group training through the Small Business Centers at three local community colleges (Cleveland Community College in Shelby NC, Isothermal Community College in Spindale NC, and Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory NC. )

COMPLIANCE

As a small business owner, we know you’re busy wearing many hats just keeping your business running and maybe you have decided your time is best spent running your business and not on mastering QuickBooks®, bookkeeping and payroll functions. I have put together a team of qualified bookkeepers at our firm that can handle all your bookkeeping and payroll needs.
